Terms of Service

1. Agreement and parental authority

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using GoAtIt, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are a parent or legal guardian, and have authority to create and manage the account and supervise any child who uses it. You also consent, on the child’s behalf where required, to GoAtIt using practice information as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. What GoAtIt provides

GoAtIt provides a growing library of learning guides, practice papers, custom practice, answer review and family progress history. The library currently focuses on 6th Standard Maths, Physics and Chemistry and grows as new chapters are completed and prepared.

Content is intended to supplement school learning and family practice. It is not private tuition, professional educational advice or an official syllabus. GoAtIt is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IITs, the National Testing Agency, CBSE, ICSE or any school board.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. One family account is for the private use of that account holder’s household. You may not sell, transfer or widely share access.

You are responsible for supervising a child’s use, choosing material appropriate to the child’s current learning and checking school or teacher guidance where needed.

4. Trial access and annual plans

Some practice may be available without a paid plan. The papers and features included in trial access may change.

For a paid plan, the price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal terms and available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments and may also be subject to its checkout terms. Every new chapter, practice paper and learning guide added during an active annual family plan is included at no additional content charge.

You can request help with cancellation, renewal or an incorrect charge at hello@goatit.in. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Cancelling a recurring plan normally stops a future renewal and does not remove access already paid for until the current plan period ends, unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.

5. Fair and permitted use

You may use GoAtIt’s resources privately with children in your household. You may print or download a learning guide only where the site provides a download option and only for that family use.

You may not:

• copy, photograph in bulk, scrape, crawl, extract or build a database from the questions, answers, solutions, diagrams or guides;
• republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense or use the resources to train another product or model;
• bypass authentication, paywalls, access limits or technical protections;
• probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt it or use automated means to create excessive traffic; or
• use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms children, other families or GoAtIt.

Reasonable daily paper and question limits may be applied to protect the library and service. If legitimate family use reaches a limit unexpectedly, contact us.

6. Content quality and educational outcomes

We work carefully to select, format and review questions, but learning materials can contain mistakes or may not match every school’s sequence or terminology. Please report a suspected issue to hello@goatit.in so it can be checked.

No score, rank, school result, JEE result or admission outcome is guaranteed. Parents remain responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable and for seeking a teacher’s guidance where appropriate.

7. Ownership

GoAtIt, its branding, software, question collections, original explanations, diagrams and learning guides are owned by or licensed to GoAtIt and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for the account holder’s family. They do not transfer ownership of the content.

8. Availability, changes and account action

We may improve, replace, correct or remove content and features, and may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security or events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep paid features available but do not promise uninterrupted operation.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, comply with law or address a material breach. We may terminate access for serious or repeated breaches. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoAtIt is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. GoAtIt is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost educational opportunity or results based on reliance on the materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where liability may legally be limited, GoAtIt’s total liability relating to a paid plan will not exceed the amount paid for that plan during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue fairly. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Indian law may hear unresolved disputes.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a material change affects an existing paid plan, we will provide appropriate notice. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
